Who We Are.

Our Story

We build what matters.

633 was built on the idea that construction should be focused on people. We are dedicated to building up people in our team and community, while providing exceptional, personal service to clients.

Why did we start?

Adam and Michaela both worked in construction a lot of their careers, and witnessed a problem.

Construction builds the infrastructure that communities depend on, but the people doing the work face deep challenges. The industry some of the worst suicide and health statistics of any profession in the United States, with nearly half of construction workers report experiencing depression at some point.

Their united vision for 633 Construction was from a conviction that building great infrastructure and building up people should go hand in hand. We believe construction companies should value the people behind the work just as much as the work itself.

The solution:

We have found that construction is often a crossroads for people who’s lives can be impacted for the better. In many ways the company operates not only as a construction business, but also as a ministry that exists to serve the people who work here.

Our purpose is to build up people that light the way in construction. To us, this means helping people become successful in the construction industry by serving employees, clients, and our community better than anyone else.

Our Mission

The foundation behind our work.

Together, these guiding principles define our identity and influence every decision, partnership, and project.

We are committed to excellence in every project, partnership, and team interaction, consistently upholding the core values that guide who we are and how we operate.
